The General Savings and Credit abbreviated GEC-EMF is a micro finance, Second Class, whose mission is to fill the missions sovereign of a micro-finance, provide services vicinities from all social strata population, the fight against hoarding, promoting SMEs, cooperative agricultural, poultry, fisheries, artisans fight against the rural exodus in the hinterland, promote social equity and works with disadvantaged populations and poor, financing social housing, mass education, health, and also to promote the emergence of tourism.
